Committee Meeting
Committee meetings are held on the last Sunday of evey month unless otherwise notified.
Constitution
The Club Constitution (PDF, 531KB) outlines the purpose of the club and the roles and responsibilities of regular members and Committee members.
Annual General Meeting
The Club's Annual General Meeting (AGM) is held on the last Thursday in August each year. The 2020 AGM Minutes (PDF, 630KB) are available.
The Club's AGM will be held on Thursday 26th August at 6pm, Jerrabomberra Community Centre, 25/31 Jerrabomberra Pkway. Please read the AGM Information (PDF, 180KB), which has the Agenda, Summary of the duties of Committee Positions and Nomination form for 2021/2022 Committee Positions.
